Neath man jailed for cocaine supply

A man from Neath Port Talbot has been jailed for his involvement in Class A drugs.

34-year-old Chad White, from Neath, was arrested in March this year, after which a search of his address found quantities of white powder later found to be cocaine, as well as cash, snap bags and a weighing scales.

White pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A, one count of being concerned in the supply of Class A and one count of acquiring and using criminal property.

White has been sentenced to three years in prison.

Detective Inspector Richard George said:

“Chad White is yet another drug dealer who was discovered as part of our investigations into drug supply in the Neath Port Talbot and Swansea areas.

“Like so many others before him, his involvement in this illegal trade has resulted in him getting a lengthy prison sentence.

“Class A drugs blight the people who use them as well as their friends, families and wider communities. We will always pursue anyone involved in this illegal activity and bring them to justice.”
